Standard Booking Policy

•    All Standard Appointments require a minimum standard deposit to book an appointment*. (Deposit amount may vary for larger tattoo reservations depending on your estimated size and time reserved at the studio.) This is to confirm and secure your slot and will be deducted from the total cost** of your tattoo to be completed after your tattoo session. (Final rates depend on final design, size, and placement, to be discussed on the day of your tattoo appointment, prior your tattoo session.)

 Advanced Booking Policy

•    All Advanced Booking for Appointments require a deposit to book an appointment. This is to confirm and secure your slot and will be deducted from the total cost** of your tattoo to be completed after your tattoo session. (Rates depend on final design, size, and placement, to be discussed on the day of your tattoo appointment, prior your tattoo session.)

Reminders:
•    Make sure to have a full meal before your tattoo appointment. If you have a big-piece tattoo, please bring snacks and drink for your comfort during the tattoo session. 
•    Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment. 
•    Do not get sun burnt or waxed (on the area to be tattooed) for for 2 weeks prior.
•    You must have your ID ready upon entry and you must be 18+ years of age to be tattooed, regardless of parental consent for minors.
•    You may not get tattooed while pregnant or breastfeeding. You my not get tattooed while under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or blood thinners. 
•    All deposits are non-refundable. 
•    Deposits are held until your final appointment. 
•    7 days is required to re-schedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit. 
•    Failure to show for an appointment will result in loss of deposit.

**Rates depend on the design, detail, size, and placement. A fixed, non-refundable and non-negotiable standard deposit ($500 minimum deposit for Standard Bookings and $500 - $2000 for Advanced Bookings) is required as this is a placement for a permanent slot for the allotted schedule for your tattoo appointment to secure your slot. This will be deducted form the final cost of the tattoo to be completed in full after the tattoo session. Every Tattoo Studio has a minimum fee based on the mastery of the artist, years of experience, quality of products, inks, needles, location, and overall service, Snow Tattoo Private Studio with master tattooer Sarah Gaugler with fourteen (15) years of fine line tattooing experience has a minimum shop fee of $450 base rate to start for simple tattoos. The final cost of the tattoo is based on the size, detail, design and location on the body where it will be placed and will be discussed with you prior your tattoo session.
