During this process, your features will be measured and you will undergo a professional skin and pigment assessment and evaluation, where your desired procedure will be designed and mapped out. Color planning will be then chosen and bespoke to match your unique features for the best most natural results.
DOES IT HURT?
Permanent makeup is not completely painless, but is generally not perceived as pain. Some tingling and minor sensations are usually expected. Thanks to the latest and most accurately controlled equipment and anesthetic creams, there is minimal discomfort. Every client is different, some will feel vibrating or scratching and some will feel nothing at all.
WHO IS PERMANENT MAKEUP SUITABLE FOR?
Almost everyone. Women and men who want to look great at any moment of the day, for those who need corrections, for people with allergies to regular makeup, for people who are active in sports. Permanent makeup is accepted by each population group.
HOW LONG DOES PERMANENT MAKEUP STAY?
With the use of mineral based, non-toxic pigment, permanent make up can last from 1-2 years. The intensity of your permanent makeup fades naturally in the course of time. In general, permanent makeup will always be present. However, this is completely dependent from person to person. This is partly due to the natural cell renewal, the immune system and the influence of UV light.

Your Snow Tattoo professional has extensive studies and experience with color theory and can give you expert advice which color suits you best. There is a choice of colors for all skin types, it’s even possible to mix a custom made color to suit you best.
AFTER HEALING, CAN I STILL APPLY REGULAR MAKEUP?
Absolutely. Permanent makeup is not intended as replacement for evening makeup, it serves in particular to accentuate your natural features. Additional makeup can always be applied for a evening out.
CAN I WALK IN FOR A TREATMENT?
Due to the demand of requests, walk-ins are prohibited. A schedule is required in advance with a standard deposit for each procedure.
HOW LONG DOES THE TREATMENT TAKE?
Each treatment varies, and with a technical procedure like this, there is no rush to get perfect results. Generally it takes about 2-4 hours, including the consultation, drawing the shape, color choice and pigmentation procedure. Depending on the appointment type, time may vary.
IS THERE ANY SPECIAL AFTER CARE?
Basically after the application of permanent makeup there is no special after care needed. To ensure that your permanent makeup will be optimal, your artist will give you guidelines for after care during the healing of the skin.
IS THE END RESULT IMMEDIATELY VISIBLE?
The first week, the pigmentation is significantly darker than the final result. Within the first week of healing the intensity of the color will become about 2x softer. Due to the natural cell renewal, the end result of pigmentation will be visible after a period of approximately 3 to 5 weeks.
HOW MANY TOUCH UPS DO I NEED?
Touch-up frequency depends on how quickly your skin metabolizes the ink. If you're anemic, keep in mind you’ll require more regular touch-ups as iron-based pigments are absorbed by skin faster when you’re iron-deficient. Chemical peels, Glycolic acid, AHA, and any other exfoliating processes can actually speed up how fast the tattoos will fade and ideally should be avoided.
IS PERMANENT MAKEUP THE SAME AS A TATTOO?
The principle is similar to each other. With both procedures pigment is placed into the skin with needles, but that is the only similarity. The equipment, as well as the composition of the pigments, and the techniques is completely different.
