Measures for protecting clients and staff from exposure to and infection with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), depends on exposure risk. That risk varies based on the type of work being performed, the potential for interaction (prolonged or otherwise) with people, and contamination of the work environment. Snow Tattoo follows strict protocol strategies based on a thorough workplace assessment using appropriate combinations of administrative controls, safe work practices, and personal protective equipment to provide ultimate protection, and peace of mind to all participants, host and guests.

PRIVATE EVENT RATES are based on number of attendees and estimated number of tattoo clients or estimated number of tattoo application, tattoo design size and details.

All events require a standard deposit $2500 to hold and secure the date of the event. The deposit covers cost of load in of equipment, sanitation, and set up fee.*

A Custom Signature Flash Sheet designed by Fine Artist and Tattooer Sarah Gaugler, can be designed specific to your theme (ex. Floral, Whimsical, Ethereal) upon request. This will give your guests the option to choose from designs on the day of your event.

INTIMATE PARTY - Expected 20 - 75 Guests

  • Deposit $2500 + Remaining Balance $3500 (Flat Rate) Due at Event

  • Inclusive of Set Up Fee* + Covers approx 4 to 6 small sized tattoos** for the duration of the event

  • Custom Signature Flash Sheet for guests upon request

 

MY MINI PARTY - Expected 1 to 20 Guests

  • Deposit $2500 + Remaining Balance (Cost of Each Tattoo**) Due at Event

  • Inclusive of Set Up Fee* + Cost of Each Tattoo** Depending on Design, Size, Placement and Details

  • Custom Signature Flash Sheet for guests upon request

 

All Events Require Standard Deposit of $2,500 to hold and secure the date of your event. ****

*Deposit Includes the cost for: Set Up (Approximately 1 hour prior event), Sterilized Disposables, Cleaning and Sanitation Before and After, Germicidal Equipment, Client Chair and Workstation Set up, Professional Tattoo Designing and Tattoo Application for Event Guests Strictly above 18 Years of Age (NY State Law***), Tattoo Application on Extremities only. ****Remaining cost / balance for tattoo application on your guests will be completed on the day of your event. Rates per tattoo depend on size, design and detail and/or packaged rate. 

** Minimum Fee per tiny tattoo per person is 1000 USD. Rates per tattoo depend on size, design and details, and may vary from approximately $1000 - $3000 each for tiny, and small, to medium size tattoos. Amount of tattoos done depends on the design per tattoo and event time.

*** ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18+ years of age. It is violation of Section 260.21 of New York State Penal Law to tattoo minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. Snow Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service. All deposits are Non-Refundable.
