Snow Tattoo follows strict protocol strategies based on a thorough workplace assessment using appropriate combinations of administrative controls, safe work practices, and personal protective equipment to provide ultimate protection, and peace of mind to all participants, host and guests.
A Custom Signature Flash Sheet designed by Fine Artist and Tattooer Sarah Gaugler, can be designed specific to your theme (ex. Floral, Whimsical, Ethereal) upon request. This will give your guests the option to choose from designs on the day of your event.
All events require a standard agreement to be completed and signed to hold at least one week prior the event, to secure the date of the event. All participants must be 18 + with a valid ID to receive a tattoo.

Guidelines : Set Up (Approximately 1 hour prior event), Sterilized Disposables, Cleaning and Sanitation Before and After, Germicidal Equipment, Client Chair and Workstation Set up, Professional Tattoo Designing and Tattoo Application for Event Guests Strictly above 18 Years of Age (NY State Law***), Tattoo Application on Extremities only.
*** ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18+ years of age. It is violation of Section 260.21 of New York State Penal Law to tattoo minors under the age of 18, regardless of parental consent. Snow Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service.
